Here is some of the work I have produced during my time at the University of Connecticut and that has been published in various news outlets.

In my last semester as a journalism student, my newswriting teacher, professor Julie Serkosky entrusted me and a few other students to work on a collaborative project about the minimum wage increase in Connecticut and its impact. The article has been republished on Connecticut Public Radio but you can also read it here.

For my newswriting class, I had to write articles that I thought would be meaningful, but also respected some conditions imposed by my teacher. After reviewing my work, my teacher suggested to get it published. I then offered my work to ‘The Chronicle’ and was published the following days.

I chose to study environmental journalism during one of my semester and really enjoyed the course. Our professor encouraged us to get our work published with Planet Forward, an online publication for students work. This is about a UConn professor whose work focuses on stormwater infrastructure that eco-friendly, sustainable, and effective.
